§  It is VITAL you match all of the serial numbers and product information to the item you need to purchase. There will be no refunds given for items purchased in error.

§  All items sold by us are fully functional at the time of shipping unless otherwise stated in the listing description/condition.  

§  Any item returned must be in the same documented condition it left our office.

§  Items returned in damaged or unacceptable condition will be returned to the customer without exchange or refund. Condition of the item will be assessed at our discretion.

§  Any items returned will be subject to a 25% re-stocking fee.

§  No refund will be issued for any modified items (soldering, firmware transfer, hard drive cover disclosure, etc.) 

§  Buyer agrees to pay return shipping.

§  Returns must be sent within 10 days of return request along with a copy of your invoice and reason for return. Returns sent late may be refused and returned to the buyer.
