Purchases made in our shop are governed by the Italian law on mail order sales. In the event of an incorrect order (I ordered and therefore received a product that I did not want) you have 14 (fourteen) days from the delivery date to exercise the right of withdrawal, i.e. the possibility of returning the product.
For items with a SIAE sticker, the product must be returned with the sticker intact. Returns of items with a broken or missing SIAE sticker will not be accepted.

The right of withdrawal expires:

• For lack of the essential condition of integrity of the goods (packaging and/or its contents)
• Even partial use of the goods and any consumables
• The lack of the external packaging and/or the original internal packaging
• The absence of integral elements of the product (accessories, cables, manuals, parts...)
• Damage to the product for reasons other than its transport

The products purchased are subject to the regulations, as applicable, referred to in Legislative Decree 2.2.2002 n. 24 (GU no. 57, 8.3.2002) on sales contracts and guarantees concerning consumer goods and, although not covered therein, the specific provisions provided for in the matter by the Civil Code. These guarantees will apply to the product that presents defects of conformity and/or malfunctions not detectable at the time of purchase, provided that the product itself is used correctly.
In the case of DVDs and Blu-Rady Discs, before requesting replacement of the product, please make sure that the defect found also persists on DVD players of other brands/models.
Any malfunction of the products as well as any problem encountered in delivery (missing or incorrect products, damaged in transport, etc.) must be reported within 30 (thirty) days of receiving the goods, clearly specifying the nature of the problem.
If the defective product is part of a box set, the procedure must be activated for the entire box set and not for the single disc.
In any case, the return must be authorized in advance. Packages received without any authorization will not be processed.

ATTENTION: KONKE reserves the right to verify the actual defect complained of by the Customer and to carry out the replacement only after this check. If the product is no longer available we will refund the full amount.
