This TIVO comes with its remote and power supply. It has a 1TB hard drive. It has no cable card installed.

It currently has no cable card installed, so you will need a cable card to use it. It functions fine otherwise. 

Looking at the TIVO, it has several light scratches on the top and sides from use.
