Vintage Restored Nakiri Japanese Carbon Steel Knife 155mm New Handle

A knife with a past life, now restored and fitted with a new handle for years of future service. Some patina has been left on as a reminder of the history of the knife. A great size nakiri, highly suitable for a wide range of vegetable chopping tasks in the kitchen. A comfortable size.

Condition - good (refurbished). New, handmade handle fitted. Blade is in good condition, however some pitted spots remain. The spots do not affect the functionality of the knife. Edge has been reprofiled and sharpened. There is a crack in the ferrule.
