I have a Rutland box car/refer with sound. This is from 1991  and is car 16640. . This was tested today-4/22/24 and it has no problems.

Sound is clear and level can be adjusted. It has been on a shelf and has little to none run time.

I do not have the original box, but it will be securely packed.
