Child's American silver christening (?) cup/beaker, [circa 1893], with personal engraving to 'Esther', the lower body fluted and chased with scrolls, the base stamped 'sterling' and '6501', 3 1/2 inches (9 cm.) high, 3.4 oz. (106 gr.) 

Esther Cleveland (1893-1980) was the second child of President Grover Cleveland (1837-1908) and Frances Folsom Cleveland (1864-1947). She was born 9 September and christened on 22 September 1893, at a ceremony in the White House.
