For sale is my 56 plate Golf GTI, manual in laser blue.

It has just over 111k and is my daily driver. My work circumstances have changed and my commute has tripled, so I’m looking for a newer auto. 

This is my second Mk5 Golf GTI and they are really great all rounders, I have a 2 year old and does all the family stuff really well whilst being fun.
This one has the following;

Black leather

-        Heated front seats

Rain sensor

-        Auto lights

-        Bluetooth/SATNAV head unit which works nicely and doesn’t look out of place. Unsure of brand and fitted by a previous owner

FSH, last serviced a few months ago

RAM air filter – I fitted this as the previous owner neglected to tell me the original airbox feed mounting points had snapped, and he had balanced it into position when I inspected it. When I got home the cold air feed had dislodged and I had a lucky escape.

New front windsceen fitted by autoglass, with rain repell and new bosch front wipers. The car got vandalised when I left it overnight at a train station. A new screen has has made a difference and makes the car feel a lot new than it is

Refurbed the headlights, and upgraded bulbs

New Steering rack – This is a considerable cost (approx £1000 with labour) and anyone looking at golf this age or mileage should consider this when buying as is a common issue.

Anti roll bar

EVAP hose

It has genuine 18’’ BBS CH-R, with lots of tread life.

There is the odd scratch around the car, however it still cleans and polishes up really nicely for an 18 year old car. 

It is ULEZ and CAZ free.

I think this is priced fairly, given all of the recent work carried out. I am not open to much negotiation, especially with people over text or eBay message. Please get in touch if genuinely interested, I'm in no rush to sell.
