Previously owned Lemax Enchanted Forest Peterson Ice House Lighted Christmas Village House, it appears to be in nice condition, include the box, styrofoam and light cord with may or may not have a working bulb, may be dusty from storage and have snow fiber on it. It is approx 7-1/2" wide by 6-3/4" tall.

Shipping ceramic, glass and breakable items is expensive there just isn't a way around it, most items are doubled boxed with lots of fill to ensure the item arrives safely. I prefer priority mail shipping to 1st class mail so the item spends less time in the hands of the post office.
