One Size fits most; overall length is 48", adjustable chain portion is 39". Widest is 2 1/2" at the oval Medallions. 

Gold tone metal Belt and hardware. The 6 Medallions are faceted Lucite? or some other hard plastic in ovals and rounds accented with Rhinestones and metal studs in shades of Amber, Citrine, Avocado, Olive, and Wheat. Lobster claw clasp.
