The fabric is made of cotton 

I have found the pillow at an estate sale over 15 years ago - The pillow is filled with feathers, I'm not sure if its down or not. 

Good Vintage condition -  The pillow is vintage and made of cotton and could use a good cleaning its a bit dusty and there are some spots/stains - some times the feathers start to peak out of the fabric - from a smoke free home
