The vehicle is used but there are no defects or damage noted.   All of the wheels rotate freely.  The turret rotates and the gun elevates as designed.  There is a small hole drilled into the bottom of the vehicle - the ROCO M 8 vehicles have a mark there, but this one is drilled through.  The car has been used and has some real world dust.
