1945-S Mercury Dime graded MS65 by PCGS.  BLAST, BLAST WHITE!  SHINE, SHINE, SHINE!  FULL BANDS on this one?!  Shallow definition of the middle bands appear to be very, very close to all the way across.  We've seen examples with less distinction get the designation!  It might be worth a re-submission as the price jump is significant!  PRETTY COIN!
