Buffet Albert System A Clarinet - Four Rings - Low Pitch - Rare

Early serial number - vintage likely before the turn of the century. It is stamped LP (low pitch).   The Buffet insignia is stamped on both joints.

Length is 25 inches - 63.5 centimeters - excluding the mouthpiece.

The bell and the barrel are not original, and appear to be a composite rubber or plastic.

It has been in disuse, and needs new pads. It is not playing at all in its current condition.

Wood:

the wood is dry due to disuse; searching for cracks, but none found on either body joint .

Keys:

key-work is original and in good condition;

Further:

thorough cleaning and oiling is needed;

no mouthpiece;

no case.
