This is a pretty vintage 80's dress by Scott McClintock. The fabric is a white embossed satin. Shoulder pads, applique and lace panels on the bodice. Elastic waist, matching tie belt. back buttons. Nice. Could use a cleaning.
M Bust 38 inches, waist 26-32 inches, hips about 42 inches. shoulder to hem 47 inches. shoulder to waist about 17 inches.
