Your purchasing a brand new factory Lexus F-sport floor mats design for the Lexus GS models,

Design for the following GS models only:

GS300-GS430 2006 Rear Wheel Drive

GS430-GS350 2007 Rear Wheel Drive

GS460-GS350 2008-2011 Rear Wheel Drive

This floor mat only fits GS rear wheel drive, if you own an all wheel drive it wont fit, If you make the mistake and order the wrong floor mat there is no return no exchanged.

Once you item has been shipped you will receive a tracking number via eBay

FedEx Shipping Terms:

Shipped: Means FedEx label has been created and your item has been pulled, packaged, and shipped and in the of FedEx shipping containment trailer

Tendered: Means it has been picked up by FedEx and in there process of being taken to there local process center for process.

ETA: Means Estimated Time Of arrival, Not Guaranteed Time Of Arrival, delays cause by acts of God, etc. are not the fault of the shipper.

Exception: Means you where not there when the driver arrive at the time of delivery, door tag will be left by the FedEx driver so if your not there so can sign the door tag and it will be left on the next delivery attempt, or you can go to FedEx and sign a electronic release form as well. Also you can have it forwarded to the nearest Walgreen, Kinko or FedEx office, or in the future have it deliver to your work place as well.

Delivered: It means your packaged has been received.

Once your item has a FedEx tracking number issued your order cannot be cancelled,

Also if and item is refused by buyer and return to the seller eBay policy states there is no refund issued and you will need to pay to have it shipped.

Fedex will make 3 attemted deliverys. After that it will be held for several more days at Fedex facilty. If you do  not pickup your item in a timley manner it will be return to the seller and Fedex does charged the seller for the item being return to the seller and you will need to pay the cost of having the item being return to the seller and pay to have it reshipped. If you choose not to pay for the cost of the item being returned and not pay to have it reshipped you void your purchase and there will be no refund. This is ebay policy.
