This is a brand new vintage Macintosh Apple VGA video monitor adapter with the part number 590-1120-A. It is compatible with Apple products and allows VGA video output.

This item came from inventory from one of the first Apple reseller companies - Sun Remarketing who was recently featured on a new documentary put out by The Verge.
