Please see the last photo attached for the postcode applicable for a surcharge on tyres and larger items. In most instances, a different courier to avoid these surcharges - please contact me about this.

Important Information

If there happens to be an issue with the tyre supplied, please keep hold of it and photograph any issues, do not dispose of it until you have spoken to me as I may require it back.

Once the tyre has been fitted and used then it will no longer be eligible for return.

Exact time slots cannot be allocated by myself, the courier does email you on the day of delivery with an estimated time for delivery.

If delivery fails, the courier will attempt again the following day. If the delivery fails again, the goods will be stored at your local depot for 5 days for you to arrange collection before the items are returned back to me. If items are returned back, there will be a charge of £20 that will be deducted from your full refund. 

If a delivery fails and the goods are returned back to us, I can arrange for the items to be re-sent however there will be an additional re-delivery charge depending on the good in the order.

If an item is returned back, your refund will be minus the original delivery charge paid by me.

Please contact before starting a return to get an accurate figure on the original delivery charge as prices do depend on the size of the order. Although our listings offer 'free delivery' the delivery charges are worked into the overall price of the goods.
