[Payment]

 Let us know if payment is delayed.  And make payment within 10 days.  

Cancellations after payment will not be accepted.  So make a careful decision when buying.

[Buyers Note, And Return Policy ]

 ・We do not accept cancellations after shipment.  You can force the cancellation, but in that case the shipping fee will not be refunded.  Also, if the order is canceled after leaving Japan, the buyer will pay the shipping fee.

  ・In case of missing or damaged parts, we will refund the price of the same model (based on the market price of the Japanese store). If it’s possible to buy in your own country, please present the receipt to us. It is for reporting to our accountants. 

Alternatively, we will send replacement parts from Japan for free. 

・Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges.

・Please check with your country’s customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding/buying.

・These charges are normally collected by the delivering freight (shipping) company when you pick the item up please do not confuse them for additional shipping charges.
