Depression" announced in 1987 has been remixed and updated in NEW, and it will be reborn completely new!
A completely reborn new version of the 1987 film Depression remixed by David Gilmour from the original master tape. In addition, on some of the songs played by session musicians, the keyboards were replaced with those played by Richard Wright, and the drums were also replayed by Nick Mason. It is a departure from the previous ones, the drums and keyboards are more prominent, the electric sound peculiar to the 80s that was felt at the time of release is swept away, and the deep space of Pink Floyd is expanded.
Depression is Pink Floyd's thirteenth album and the first album by the new Pink Floyd, released after Roger Waters' departure, and Depression, produced around David Gilmore, has a soundscape with familiar melodies encompassing the whole. "Depression" charts at No. 3 in the U.S. and No. 3 in the U.K. Hipgnosis' Storm Torgason was in charge of the artwork, and the front cover was taken with more than 800 beds lined up on the beach in Thornton Sands, Devonshire, England.
