You are looking at reborn Felix by Sabin Von Tills. That's all I could find out about this sculpt. Only guessing but pretty old. Maybe 90s? I dressed him as a boy but could be a girl too. He weighs approximately 6 pounds. Has rooted hair. I am not his original artist but did restore him some.  I conditioned his hair, fixed some paint issues and put some extra sealer on him for protection.  I do not know the original artist and no paperwork. He comes with outfit pictured.  He has a magnet pacifer but it also has putty to keep it in place better. If you like older sculpts he would be a great addition to your collection!
