Shipping

We aim to dispatch your order on the same day (if received before 12 noon) for next day delivery (please note that is not guaranteed).

All items must be dispatched with a tracking number as per eBay policies unless collection option is specified in the postage tab.

Deliveries to UK, Ireland & Scottish Highlands are delivered within 2 working days of dispatch via DPD.

Deliveries to Channel Islands, Isle of Man and Scilly Isles are dispatched via Royal mail and Parcel Force as the postage costs may be higher. Please contact us for a postage quote.

Whilst every reasonable effort shall be made to keep to any delivery date, time of delivery shall not be of the essence and the seller shall not be liable for any losses, costs, damages or expenses incurred by the buyer or any other person or company arising directly or indirectly out of any failure to meet any estimated delivery date. Delivery will be completed when we deliver the products to the address supplied to us during purchase (checkout) and the products will be your responsibility from the completion of delivery, we advise that you arrange to take delivery in person

Returns

CC_Electricals are fully confident in our products and processes and expect them to be fully working as intended and of satisfactory quality, however we appreciate that from time-to-time things can go wrong, we have robust internal processes for dealing with customer concerns and request that you contact us directly in the first instance in the event of a problem with our products and services.

This will enable us to deal with you concerns and or complaints in the most effective way.

We will respond to you during our opening hours 9.30-5.30 pm and this will enable us to get the best solution for you to resolve the issue,

We will then send DPD to collect the item from you at your earliest convenience if a return is needed

Please DO NOT send High Value items via Royal mail and allow us to collect them from you

If your product develops a fault within 30 Days, CC_Electricals will offer one of the following remedies: a repair of the product, a replacement or where required a refund.

You can of course return the item for a full refund if you do not wish to have it repaired or replaced within the first 30 days of purchase.

If for any reason you are simply not happy with your purchase, you should open a return request on eBay within 14 days of purchase, you can send it back to us for a full refund.

Please note that the buyer is responsible for the return postage if the item is as described, purchased in error, or does not have faults.

Please also note that CC_Electricals will not be held responsible where products are returned to us poorly packaged and are subsequently damaged during the return transit and delivery.

We reserve the right to deduct a percentage of the refund where products are returned and are no longer in the original saleable condition – For that reason we strongly advise you to retain the original packaging provided with your item.

You will not be legally entitled to a refund if you have changed your mind after 14 days of purchase and we reserve the right to refuse the return.

You cannot receive a refund after 30 days of purchase if the item develops a fault, we will revert to the process of remedies as noted above.

VAT: We operate under the VAT Margin Scheme, so although 20% VAT is included in the price This is not reclaimable on this item.

Warranty Terms:

We offer a 30 days warranty period as standard with all our items unless stated otherwise.

The warranty is activated once your order is delivered.

Warranty will not be valid if the device has suffered any modifications/alterations by the buyer including aftermarket repairs and upgrades.

CC_Electricals will not be held responsible for any data or data transfer that the buyer undertakes, we advise that all data and materials of importance are securely backed up.

Our warranty does not cover accidental damage such as liquid damage, physical damage to the device/item or any faults suffered due to alterations or upgrades by the buyer.

Cancellations:

A bid or purchase on eBay is considered a contract and you are obliged to purchase the item. However, if you feel that you have a legitimate reason for not buying the item, please contact us so that we can discuss this.

If you make a cancellation request once an unpaid item case is opened, we cannot cancel the order and you will have to wait for the unpaid item case to close in order for the transaction to be cancelled.

Address Changes:

When making payment, please ensure you specify the correct address where you wish for your order to be posted to. Any address changes requested outside of this will be refused and the order will be cancelled as this is a breach of eBay policy. We are not responsible for recovering a parcel if it is posted to an address other than that stated on your eBay account.
