Record has some light surface scratches, scuffs and wear but plays and sounds great on my player. Labels have light wear. BELART Records was Art Mineo's Tacoma Label. In the 80's and 90's Jeff was friends with both Grover Jackson and Art Mineo. This rare 45 is from Art Mineo's personal collection.
