SHIPPING POLICY

We use  Emirates Post for local and international shipping of all items. Their service is usually efficient but sometimes slow, so please be patient.

 

We always ship registered and will provide the tracking number once done. We shall try to ship as soon as the payment is done within 3 days max.

 

Combined postage for purchases of multiple items is always with no additional fees. If purchasing multiple items in one session; please let us know when you've finished

buying/bidding and we shall send you an invoice with the total.

 

Unfortunately, because of some political issues, we may not be able to ship to specific countries. If in doubt, please inquire.

RETURNS POLICY

We will happily refund any items wrongly listed as long as the item is returned within 30 days of purchase. All stamps are purchased as described and seen.

 

Refunds shall only be given for items listed incorrectly.

EXCHANGE POLICY

Unfortunately, we do not offer exchanges of sold material. However; if for any reason you are not satisfied; please drop us a message and we could work it out.

 

CANCELLATION

All items are sold as genuine and as described. Mint stamps having original gum and free from hidden defects (unless otherwise described). The photos form part of the description and lots cannot be rejected for features visible in the provided scans. However, scans cannot be relied-on for exact reproduction of colours or shades.  Nonetheless; we try to match real item as much as we could.
