Totally unique collection of all 35 Team Lotus F1 cars in slot car (1/32) format, in honour of the famous Classic Team Lotus Festival in June 2010!  Some are original Scalextric or Airfix, others are scratch-built from either wood, resin or filler, hand carved, painted and with specially commissioned decals - these are complete one off cars; I am confident that this is the only example of a slot car Snetterton grid in the world and is totally unique!

It has taken me 10 years to scratch build 21 cars, collect the remaining and hand build the case/frame, which is made from veneered timber, painted black and ready to hang on your wall - it has a perspex front cover (not shown on photos as it is quite reflective and didn't photograph well) can be removed to allow access to the cars.  Most work, some may need new tyres to be at peak performance, and a couple of the older ones need replacement brushes.  The run-down of the cars is as follows:

It is home-made, the finish on some cars isn't the same as if it were from a major manufacturer - but then each and every one of the home made ones have been hand sculpted!

Needless to say, this needs to be collected in person - it is fragile in that the cars are held in place by one screw only each.
