If an item is listed as 'collection only', this is because the item is oversized for our courier service, too fragile for transit or that we do not have the resources to package the item. We are a well-respected non-profit charity seller, we list our items as accurately and honestly as we possibly can. We want all of our customers to be completely happy with their items and we will always try to resolve any problems for you.

Items listed as 'spares or repair' or as 'untested' are items that are faulty or simply that we can't test at our warehouse, so please bid accordingly. We recommend that electrical items are tested by a professional electrician.
