Hearts have movement and are hanging onto the arrow... they are not stationary.
Back is stamped with 14k & etched with the following "With Love 11-11-70" .
Measure 1.25 by 1.25.. see pics. Chain is a very fine rope chain & also stamped 14k.. measures 21 inches in length.
