Just come in from the states .priced to sell as we need space so grab a bargain this week !. 1973 model Yam RD 250 imported from USA, stored in a barn so original condition apart from colour was white .showing 12,500 miles only ,great project good to restore, engine kicks over with compression, we fitted a new battery, clutch lever, fuel hoses and it fired up on some fresh fuel and i rode it around the car park sounds well.we changed the handle bars for uk spec ones as they were bent, front brake cable is disconnected and the cut off switch is broken, fuel tap leaks, mudguards have good chrome and wheels will clean up well, exhaust are solid and forks are good ,the chain /sprocket needs replacing , new tyres required i guess and brakes should be checked before use .. , no warranty due to age.delivery poss email post code for a quote, card payments taken, we have the nova so you can uk reg with a dating cert supplied and v5 will take 4 to 6 weeks approx and cost £55.we will fill forms out for you and will be mot and tax exempt. over 50 seventies bikes in stock and 6 more due in next week but not many more coming after that ,they are drying up so prices will rise !! email for details..
