Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs)

SHIPPING QUESTIONS:
"When will my order ship?"
Items ship Monday through Saturday in the late morning, therefore your order will ship within 12-36 hours of receiving your payment.
-We cannot ship on Sunday or holidays.
-If I am delayed by unforeseen conditions (weather, traffic, accident, etc.), I will promptly contact you.

"How long will it take for the item to be delivered by the carrier?"
Normal United States Post Office (USPS), FedEx, or UPS delivery rates apply.  If you are logged into your eBay account, an approximate delivery date range of the shipping method you select should be automatically displayed by eBay.

If you do not understand the difference between shipping schedules you can message me but please note, the USPS, FedEx or UPS websites have the most up-to-date estimates and information regarding their different delivery services.

I offer expedited shipping, but you MUST select that option and pay the additional shipping costs at the time of purchase.

"How do you package your items?"
I am a buyer and seller on eBay.  I used to own and operate a retail business.  I take this process seriously.
I package your items the same way I hope my purchases are packaged, with great care and effort to avoid any kind of possible damage during shipment.

I buy new shipping materials and also reuse boxes, bags, tape, bubblewrap, foam peanuts, air pockets, craft paper, foam sheets or whatever is necessary to ensure that your item arrives undamaged and in a timely fashion.

All orders have tracking numbers.

My shipping costs/sale prices include the money spent to ensure your item arrives safely.

Please see my seller feedback, as I make profound efforts to make sure you get your item in a timely fashion and in the condition as seen within my listing.

"What are some examples of how you package items?"
If you order a LP/vinyl album, it will be tightly secured and ship in an oversized box to protect the corners from damage.

If you order a CD, it will ship in a bubble mailer and have oversized sheets of cardboard protecting the faces of the case and (when applicable) a foam square will be placed atop the CD to prevent it from popping off the spindle during shipment

If you order a medium/large sized artwork or print, it will ship in a mailing tube that is surrounded in packaging materials and placed within a larger box to ensure it is not crushed during shipment.

"Do you combine shipping costs?"
I will always combine shipments whenever possible because it reduces both of our costs, my time, and the use of materials.  If you order multiple Buy It Now items that have shipping costs, I will package your orders together, pay for the needed shipping costs, and refund the unused shipping costs before shipping your item.

"What are VAT/Value Added Taxes, Import Fees, Import Duties and who pays for them?"
Every country has their own policies regarding importing items from foreign countries.  Many countries have VAT or import duties, which are monies that are to be paid by the importer (you, the buyer).  These fees are determined by your country and the VAT price considers the following criteria: the kind of item being imported (is it food, art, merchandise, etc.) and/o by the value of the item.  For example, an item that is $20.00 will have a smaller VAT/fee than an item that is $300.00.
Any and all import taxes/fees are the responsibility of the buyer/importer.
Every country's policies are unique, so if you are uncertain regarding your country's import fee structure, please contact your nation's postal/import provider.
