The map and leather cover are both in very good condition. The only issue is the map is separated from the book. This is a very large foldout map of Allegheny County, Pennsylvania.

*I didn't realize when I took the initial photos that a small part at the bottom was still folded underneath. I have provided (8) additional enlarged photos at the very bottom the show the small slice that was folded out of view.
