Q. Microphone doesn't work.

A.1) Run Windows Troubleshooter

To start troubleshooting, go to Settings and type "troubleshoot" and select "Troubleshoot" from the list.

2) Make Sure That Microphone Is Enabled

To see if it is enabled in Windows, go to Settings, find and click "Privacy".

3) Set Your Microphone As A Default Device

In the Recording tab, select your microphone and then click "Set Default" to set it as the default recording device. Check if this solves the problem with the microphone.

Q. Low microphone volume.

A. Increase the volume of your microphone. Here's how to do this in Windows 10:

1)Select Start , then select Settings > System > Sound .

2)In Input, ensure your microphone is selected under Choose your input device, then select Device Properties.

3)On the Levels tab of the Microphone Properties window, adjust the Microphone and Microphone Boost sliders as needed, then select OK.

Attention! This microphone is a cardioid polar condenser microphone that will only receive sound from the side. Please refer to the correct orientation above.

Q. How to install the microphone.

A. We have added installation instructions to the new package. If you don't have them in your package, please refer to the main picture of the product or ask us for them.
