The shipping and handling charge is clearly stated in the listing and whilst modest, please do not expect this to be merely the cost of the stamps attached to the envelope. I do have to cover the expenses I incur in sending the item to you and you should be aware that these costs are increased by the fact that ebay and paypal apply their fees not simply to the bid amount but also to the postage and packing costs.
