In excellent condition. Glass is very clean and shows no scratches, mold, haze, or separation. There is only trace dust and a very small/faint cleaning mark on the rear; this will not affect the image at all. (It is very hard to find and only shows up at a certain angle in bright lighting, I've tried to capture it as best as I can in the 3rd to last photo).
The anamorphic lens portion was used for image capture. The alignment of the elements is perfect which results in a very sharp, in focus image. The focusing is smooth, and the body shows minor physical wear.
The rear 65mm 2.56in spherical lens attachment is also included, but it may not be usable/is missing an element. It will be included anyways. This is no issue if you just plan on using the front anamorphic portion for filmmaking purposes.
