I am a small business owner and all of my items are sold on consignment. I do not know how they've been washed, how many times they've been worn, or where they were originally purchased unless otherwise noted in listing. All listings, photographs, shipping, descriptions, etc. are done by me alone. Happy to accept returns - Please contact me within 7 days if you have any problems with any of my items, I am very nice and always willing to work things out:) However, due to an unreasonably large number of returns for "changed mind", "didn't read the description", "doesn't fit" (I list all measurements in each listing), and return requests made well over the 2-week return period , I am in a position that requires me to begin charging a 10% restocking fee. Obviously, if I have made a gross error in the listing, or something is blatantly wrong with the item this fee does not apply. I am always happy to combine shipping - $1 per additional item. I do not mind waiting for payment in order to combine shipping on items that end a few days apart. Please just let me know when you are finished shopping and I will send a revised invoice. *All items guaranteed authentic or your money back. *It serves me no purpose to misrepresent items, as you will ultimately be receiving it and seeing any misrepresentations! If I have accidentally missed something, I will always take full responsibility and correct my mistake to the best of my ability. Also, I do my best to accurately describe each item. I would never purposefully call an item brown if I am seeing it as gray....I am simply describing a color as I am seeing it. *Will respond to messages and ship items within 24hrs except Saturdays, Sundays, and Holidays. *Unless you contact me, unpaid item cases will automatically be opened 72hrs after auctions end. *The USPS just increased shipping costs, again, and eBay charges a percentage on each shipping payment. I do not make any money on shipping, in fact, I lose money more often than not, and do my best to keep shipping costs as low as I possibly can. Any item weighing over 1 pound costs me $10.55 to ship to the West Coast not including fees. If you do not like the shipping cost of an item, I apologize in advance, but CANNOT change the price of shipping after an auction has ended.
