This is a vintage Japanese stamp or seal (Hanko). This is an advertisement stamp for GS storage batteries. The below is written for portable, automobile, experimental use, etc./scooters, and various parts, the phone numbers for Nippon Storage Battery Co., Ltd. and Mikado Denki Kogyo Co., Ltd. in front of Sendai Station.
