license booster plate from George H. Ryan, Secretary of State of Illinois

between 1991-1999.  Features a picture of a child buckled into a car seat

on the left side.  The Allstate Foundation was a sponsor of the buckle up

campaign.  Ryan ended up going to prison like so many Illinois politicians!

Background of plate is white.  Plate is heavy and metal.  Nice condition with 

some minimal wear around the right top mounting hole and a small scratch

to the right of the "O" in Cargo.  This was made not for use on vehicles per

the notation in the right corner bottom.
