Gorgeous vintage 70s Victor Costa maxi dress

Feels like 100% cotton, has pin tuck pleats similar to a Mexican wedding dress, metal zipper up the back, fitted bodice with a v neckline, long belled sleeves, full maxi skirt, black velvet and floral lace throughout, sweet red embroidered flowers around the bottom, such a beauty ♥️✨

Has a few light stains on back and discoloration on inside of back collar (see pix), otherwise beautiful vintage condition, has been carefully hand washed, ready to wear 🧼✨
