This very nice N gauge train pack by Kato is 10-421 a four car JR Class 313 EMU in sliver. 

The 313 series (Japanese: 313系, Hepburn: 313-kei) is a DC suburban electric multiple unit (EMU) train type operated by Central Japan Railway Company (JR Central) in Japan since 1999. The design was introduced from spring 1999 to replace older 113 and 115 series EMUs.

The train pack is in good condition as you can see in the pictures, it is fully tested and runs well with working headlights. 

It comes complete with its box. The box is in good if slightly shelf worn condition. 

Overall this is a really nice scale train and would look fantastic on a layout.
