This Vivitar Series 1 Zoom has a fantastic built quality and great optical properties.

Vivitar had three different versions of this lens. This is the version 2, which is considered to be the best, manufactured by Tokina (serial numbers 37xxxxx).

It has the Minolta MD mount - but it can be adapted to most recent mirrorless cameras using cheap adapters (less than $13 on eBay).

The lens is in very good shape - cosmetically almost like new.

The glass is clear (no fungus or separation), the aperture free of oil,and the focus and zoom are easy and smooth.

It comes with the original case, a 62mm UV filter and a back cap (no front cap)
