"sazare" started in winter 2018. The brand name originates from ``Sazare'', which means ``Komakana''. As the word suggests, the watches are delicately made by individual craftsmen and have a delicate and heartrending beauty. Based on Japan's honest craftsmanship, they are carefully made at factories in Fukushima and Azumino. There is no need for extravagant decorations for something that will be loved over time. ``sazaré'' was created from the strong feelings of two men. From the thoughts of watch director Yoshifumi Sato and art director Shingo Kurono, who worked at Naoto Fukasawa's design office before becoming independent. Japan's honest craftsmanship is evident in the details. We collect small pieces and take shape with the help of many people. The case, which uses various types of curves to give a sense of warmth, is made in Fukushima Prefecture, assembled in Azumino, Nagano Prefecture, the sheepskin belt is made in Saitama Prefecture, and the paper package is made in Kanagawa Prefecture, all of which are made in Japan. When I saw the sazaré watch in person and held it in my hands, I was strongly attracted to its beauty. It has the same beauty as the JUNGHANS watch designed by the German Bauhaus master MAX BILL. The rounded, plump disc seamlessly connects to the carefully polished case. The beauty of the font on the dial is that even the brand name is not included. Each serial number is on the back.
