1/48scale Dolls House KIT – 17th Century Thatched Cottage by Herdwick Landscapes
This kit builds up into a 48thscale model of a timbered thatched cottage. It is based upon Abernodwydd, a cottage typical of the period from mid-Wales and the Marches, and now reconstructed at St. Fagans National Museum of History near Cardiff (see photo). Thatching material is provided, along with the necessary instructions, to enable you to make a realistic old, weathered thatch effect.
