“(61) FISH SERVER, Magnus Aase, Bergen, c. 1900-1924; length 26.5 cm. The skate-shaped blade is pierced, embossed and spun. Apart from the pointed tip, the waved sides are rolled up. The whip-like cast handle starts as a naturalistic tail that becomes a leafed vine. The whole has the flowing curves and sinuous form of Art Nouveau style.
