Stunning rare piece from February 2006. Bright orange with black trim. Onto the front middle near bottom are two circle marks which I am unsure what they are. I have tried to get them out with no luck. On the back of the collar there's a light white mark that may come out and on the front top a couple of speck marks, there were more of these which I successfully removed so I'm sure these will come out too.
