The Who (Roger, John and Pete) and Eric Clapton autographs circa 1974 obtained by an extra on the set of  the filming of The Who's movie Tommy. Also included is a Tommy Button used in the Keith Moon scene. And to make it a full set of Who signatures, I've added is a large Keith Moon boldly signed Barclays/ Nat West cut bank form, the signature is from around the same time period.

Comprising of two nice sized sheets for the Eric Clapton, John Entwistle, Roger Daltrey  and Pete Townshend signatures on headed paper both measuring a large 5 /1/2" X 7" each and signed in blue ballpoint pen. The sheet signed by Roger is dedicated "To Adrian Best Wishes”.

Adrian from who originally obtained these autographs was the extra on the movie and is in the Eric Clapton, Arthur Brown and The Who "Eyesight To The Blind" Marilyn Monroe themed church scene. Adrian was only familiar with Roger from the cast and did not recognize the other musicians while filming the scene.

The other signatures were jokingly annotated with the wrong bands with Eric Clapton adding "of The Who" to his signature and Pete adding "The Yardbirds" to his and John hysterically adding "of The Entwistle's". Which makes for a unique and very collectible set of signatures, one of my personal favorites and so very cool!!!!

The Keith Moon autograph is from the same time period as these other signatures, as mentioned above. Who knows what he was up to at the time the other autographs were obtained....My guess is that he was more than likely off somewhere with Oliver Reed LOL!! The bank page that Keith's signature is on roughly measures 5 1/2" X  4" and he adds "All the Best". The signature was obtained by bank staff of Barclays and Nat West at heathrow Airport. This Keith signature came from a collection of over 200 signatures, I still have a Steve Marriott and a few others from it.

A similar rare Tommy button/ badge that comes with these autographs can be seen being worn by Keith in the Tommy's Holiday Camp scenes. I found a photo of Keith and Oliver Reed on the movie set with Keith wearing one (sorry it's a bit blurry) and a photo of Roger (as Tommy) wearing a Tommy tee shirt in the movie with the same artwork as the button.  One of these Tommy buttons sold for $1,200.00.

I also have listed an incredibly rare Murray The K Easter concert program from The Who and Creams historic Easter concerts and their American debuts. It's signed by The Who, Eric Clapton and Ginger Baker, I've seen very few items signed from these concerts and when I did it was just a few signatures and not the entire band, as in The Who's case. Having Eric and Ginger signatures on there with The Who's makes it super special, Jack was under the weather at the time, after spending some time in Central Park with a member of The Blues Project when the program was signed. You might want to take a look at it.

I should have the PSA for this in about 3 to 4 weeks.

Feel free to email me with any questions that you may have.
