on eBay is simple; I would like to sell my entire collection of comics and
trading card, as well as all the various collectibles I’ve amassed in my life,
at reasonable prices, over the next 5 – 7 years. Therefore, I am aiming
to sell my items at a lower price than those of other sellers who are in it to
make as much profit as possible, which I totally understand. If I were 30-40
years younger, I’d feel the same way.

pricing lower than most sellers here. I am, of
course, open to offers, but please don’t try to low ball. I want to sell
my items, but I won’t sell for below what I think a reasonable cost would be.
Please note that items on auction are
already at the lowest price I’m willing to let the item go for, so please do
not send a note to me offering less on these ads.
You’ll notice letters and numbers at
the end of each item. This is simply an inventory note for me.
THE
RULES
1. Combined
Shipping is offered. If you are making multiple purchases, please let me
know when you are done shopping and wait until you receive MY invoice. If
you do not, and pay for your purchases separately, I cannot combine any
shipping.
2. I am shipping
to the United States and Internationally, but I will only send with
tracking. Please don’t ask for a lower shipping option. THIS
SAID, if, in my opinion, I have overcharged you on
shipping, once I have returned from the Post Office, I will send you a partial
refund.
3. VERY
IMPORTANT!!: I do my very best to ship items out as quickly as I
can. However, I am NOT AMAZON. This store, a_fan, is a one-man operation
and I am committed to getting any sold items shipped within 5 business days.
Sometimes, though, life gets in the way. If I am, for some unforeseen
reason, unable to get a sold item shipped by the 5th day, I
will get in touch with the buyer, to discuss.
4. I sell all
items in "AS IS" condition! I do pretty diligent quality
control, but, unless noted otherwise, all my items are not graded and may have
some imperfections I may have not noticed. In all cases of all items, I
do my best to describe them accurately, but with the increase in scammers and
collectors with unrealistic expectations for ungraded items, I won’t do
business with people who don't actually read the listings. As such, it is
the responsibility for the BUYER to ask all questions PRIOR to purchase.

regarding shipping postage charges :
· Tracked and insured
mailing service applies to all out of Canada
addresses, with NO exceptions.
· In
Canada, tracking and insured mailing service applies to all sales totaling 50$
or more.
· I will be doing my best
to offer you the best prices I can.
· I do not combine
shipping on orders if you have paid for them separately, and I will not
retroactively combine. To make sure this
doesn’t happen, if you are buying multiple items, once you have finished
shopping, request an invoice. I will then be able to invoice you correctly.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
service (IMPORTANT)
· My
International Shipping charge is HIGH, simply because I will ONLY ship with
Tracking.
o As
a result of this, the ONLY way I will ship to you is if your address can be
found in the Canada Post Database.
o If
you have purchased an item and have paid for it and I have determined that your
address is NOT in their system, I will send you a full refund for your
purchase, with an explanatory note. NO EXCEPTION.
o If
you have purchased an item and have paid for it and I have determined that your
address IS in their system, I will gladly send out the item.
Very
Important (and non-negotiable): Please do not question shipping.
The opening price of an auction or sale does not always reflect the items true
or current value, but the shipping price ALWAYS includes a handling fee.
This fee covers things like the packing box or envelope, the bag and board if a
comic, or the soft card sleeve and rigid card sleeve if a card, packing items
like paper or tape, as well as gas and time to drop off at a Post office.
I usually ship on Tuesdays and Fridays. Every item is sent out as soon as
possible (I am not a store; I do this in my spare time at home).
· Import duties, taxes
and charges are not included in the item price or shipping
charges. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility.
· Please check with
your country’s customs office to determine what these additional costs will be
prior to bidding/buying.
· These charges are
normally collected by the delivering freight (shipping) company – do not
confuse them for additional shipping charges.
· I do not mark
merchandise values below value or mark items as ‘gifts’ - Canadian and
International government regulations prohibit such behavior.
eBay rules now state
that payment is due within 4 business days. Non-Payment claims will be
filed after that without exception.
