Payment: An invoice will be sent at the end of every auction. Contact must be made within 3 days of winning the auction - payment must be received within 10 days of the end of auction. Payment via eBay is preferred.
 
Shipping: All our items are packaged and shipped with care.  We ship several times a week – you can count on your item shipping soon after your payment clears. We ship Priority Mail/Parcel Select unless we have been contacted and another form of shipment has been approved.  You will NEVER pay more than our shipping quote(s). Auctions will automatically be insured at no additional cost to you. We will gladly combine shipping for multiple auctions won - please let us know if you are bidding on/purchasing multiple items so that we can plan accordingly.  We are happy to ship internationally, please email us for a quote. 
 
Returns: We gladly accept returns if an item is defective or was not as described in our auction.  All returns must be started within 7 days of auction close or receipt of an item. We are always willing to work out a return or a full cash refund (to be paid in accordance with how you made payment).  Please email via eBay.
 
Office Hours: we are in our eBay office Monday through Friday 6:00pm to 10:00pm CT, Saturday & Sunday 8:00am to 8:00pm CT.  We try to respond to questions/comments within 24 hours.  If we have not responded to your question/comment within 24 hours, please feel free to send us another note!
