This item is a 1/57 scale (approximate, vehicles are 3 inches in length) diecast replica 1939 Chevrolet Sedan "Matchbox Hersheypark Convention July 15,16 1995" made in China by Matchbox as a Limited Edition for the 1995 Convention.  There is NO Boxes, all models are enclosed in plastic.  We accept ebay, Visa, Mastercard, and Discover.
