GRADE A

It is a used product so may contain tiny or minor marks or sign of use, but very light. 

SCREEN: SCRATCH (not visible when power on)

CASE: LITTLE SCRATCH. 

GRADE B

Marks and signs of use, here you can see them clearly and they stand off and you do not need to be looking around to find it.

SCREEN:  SCRATCH (not visible when power on), SPOTS (small-tiny), BLEMISH (small-tiny)

CASE: STICKER MARK, MEDIUM SCRATCHS

GRADE C

Marks and signs of use on this case are DEEP, may have cracks as well but it is fully functional 

SCREEN: SPOTS (small to medium), BLEMISH (small to medium), SCRATCH+ (visible when power on), BLUR (kind that disappear or smaller than 3cm), GHOST (smaller than 3cm)

CASE: LOT SCRATCH, DEEP SCRATCH, CRACK (smaller than 3cm)

GRADE D

May something defective but laptop still powering up and being able to use most of it

SCREEN: BLUR (bigger than 3cm), GHOST (bigger than 3cm), COLOURED (screen color strong on blue, green, pink, etcetera), DEEP SCRATCH (deep mark bigger than 3cm). CAn be used.

CASE: CRACK (bigger than 3cm)

GRADE E

May have something defective but laptop still powering up and being able to use most of it

SCREEN: BROKEN, LINES, DARK (Needs external monitor to be used)

CASE: BROKEN

GRADE F

NO POWER and/or SCREEN: BROKEN and/or CASE: BROKEN

By paying through EBAY your payment stays in hold enough time for you to receive the product and claim if it doesn't correspond to the description.

Returns & Refunds

We like to be very transparent on our products descriptions (GRADES), so you can choose the one that more fits on your wishes and your pocket! 

Anyway, if you don't like it when you receive it, don't worry, you have 30 days to return it to us and get your refund back! (Rule applied to grades A, B & C)

!!! PRODUCTS SOLD AS DEFECTIVE  (GRADES D, E or F) CAN NOT BE RETURNED !!!

Warranty

We will replace your product or return your money back unless:

1. The product has been opened/fixed or replaced any part by the buyer and/or third part.

2. The issue was caused by physical damage / improper use.
3. It is a product sold as “DEFECTIVE” which DO NOT have any warranty and can'not be returned.
