before signing your delivery, it is imperative that you first open and check the condition of the item before signing for it. if you sign for an item prior to checking the conditions then we are not liable for any damages and won't be able to accept a return, so for your own protection please make sure you read this and understand it. we're always willing to help if something has been damaged in transit but unfortunately if it's signed for in good condition there's nothing we can do, if in the rare case and item is broken and the buyer is dis-satisfied, and or leaves negative feedback, we will request for it to be stricken off the account as this condition has not been met. please understand that this is not a regular occurrence and we take every precaution to ensure the safe delivery of each and every item, this is just simply a disclaimer so that every customer knows to check the condition of their item prior to signing. .
