NEAR MINT (NM): This disc has the lightest of light surface scratches. It should play without any problem.
EXCELLENT (EX): Minor scuffs which are visible. There may be more than a few scuffs.

VERY
GOOD (VG): Disc shows wear and / or surface scuffs. The flaws will be
noticeable to the naked eye. The flaws may cause minor surface noise.
GOOD (G) Disc has visible scratches / scuffs but plays without stalling.
FAIR (F) Disc may stall, but worth having in the collection.
Cover & Sleeve Grade - Please Read.
MINT (M): No stickers, address labels, writing on the covers or labels. No tears or seam splits.
No wear to the cover.
NEAR MINT (NM): The cover looks as close to perfect with only minor signs of wear and/or age.
EXCELLENT (EX): Artwork is still fair. Some impression to the cover (minor outer ring wear),
but no ink wear! Some creases to the corners, but not wrinkled and obtrusive to the eye.
VERY
GOOD+ (VG+): The artwork looks ok with slightly more aging. The back of
the cover usually gives away the age of the cover. Flat white paper will
be somewhat yellow, yet no stains or mildew from water damage. Some
wear to the seams or spine, small tears or holes visiible.
GOOD (G) Covers may have edge damage, may have creases in more than one place and yellowing.
FAIR (F) Covers have tears, edge and opening damage, ink marks / writing.
GOOD A few creases and minor tears.
