This is a flageolet. I am unfamiliar with this, will try to describe as best I can, happy to answer questions.

1. Mouthpiece holder section has unidentified white material in a ring. 

2. Middle section  has what appears to be wrapped filament to create a tight seal between sections at the top. The bottom has unidentified white material in a ring.

3. Bottom section has 7 holes including 1 next to the metal push valve. There are inlaid dots of a white material in between the upper six. Connecting end has wrapped filament. Bottom end has the same unidentified white material in a ring.

This appears to be old, hand crafted. Sold as is, no returns.
